On Sept. 3, 2016 the carcass of a seal was discovered on a beach in Vancouver Canada with its head surgically removed, its anal area cored and other extremely neat excisions.
As one viewer has already pointed out: "This case is even more apparent than the cattle mutilations, in that it cannot possibly be attributed predators."
