Witness statement:

"This image was taken on 10/08/2017 @ 15:37  I was sitting on a bench outside M&S in Cheshire Oaks Chester waiting for my other half to finish her browsing. 

I am always observing the sky, mostly watching for 'Chemtrails' and there was a beauty expanding almost overhead.

I took a few shots with my smartphone.

After uploading I noticed an artifact?
