31 July 2017 4:15 PM at Shaldon Devon, UK - Mystery White Orb Close to Ground Level

Witness statement:
I was in the process of packing away my stuff to move on to the Teign Estuary when I had a strange feeling of being watched. I turned around to see who or what was there and to my amazement there was a bright white orb just hovering there above the ground, by some vegetation.

I had just packed up my DSLR camera so I quickly reached into my pocket to grab my Fujifilm compact digital camera.

While I was fumbling around in my pocket for my Fuji camera, the orb had become brighter and was now a brilliant white. I quickly pulled my camera out of my pocket and quickly took a photograph of the intensely bright orb.
4. 5. Enlarged slightly
Then no sooner than I had taken a photograph of the orb it had began to dim and fade away.
The orb then just disappeared; so I went over to the spot were it had been and there was no sigh of anything how very odd.
6. Enlarged further still 7. Maximum enlargement
This is bizarre... what was it and were do it go?
I am certain that the light sphere was not something shining through the trees and other vegetation, as it is actually quite dense in that spot; what I saw was 3 dimensional, floating away from the greenery and entirely independent of anything else there.
As I mentioned earlier, I definitely felt as if the lightform was observing me.
