Triangle of 3 Fixed Position Lights Plus a Fourth Offset Over Manchester, UK

Message 
A fast moving object comprising a set of dim orange lights set in a 
fixed triangular position with a fourth light offset at one of the apexes. 

Spotted while tracking a possible satellite going in the opposite direction. 

The object tilted as it flew roughly N.E.to S.W. I was thoroughly shocked 
by this. 

Also much activity of 'satellites' moving every which way sporadically.
