Height: 300-500 ft; unsure of size possibly 50-100ft
Message 
I was in the back garden approx 10pm having a cigarette, while looking at 
the various stars as I usually do, when I spotted 2 airplanes with their 
flashing beacons and thought they are quite close together: I carried on 
staring at the stars when out of nowhere I spotted what possibly might have 
been circular in shape, a strange craft that was speeding across the sky 
towards me. 

It was barely visible as it had no lights or beacon but was only slightly 
illuminated by the street lights, I froze for the twenty seconds or so it 
took toget overhead and then to my frustration over my roof. 

It didn't make a single sound and moved rapidly in a straight line; 
I stayed in the garden to calm down a bit before I finally went in and told my 
girlfriend; even then I could barely speak with all the adrenaline still running 
through me. 

I know this was something truly unusual and cannot for the life of me match 
it to anything I have come across in my lifetime. 

I just hope someone else has witnessed this, as my girlfriend thinks 
I'm crazy; she's got me questioning myself now!
