Welcome to B.E.A.M.S.

Founded in 1991, our society consists of a
team of active reporters and field investigators who
factually gather, study and disseminate evidence relating to Earth Mysteries, (e.g. Ley Lines, Terrestrial Energies and Ancient Site Anomalies), Strange Aerial Happenings, (e.g. Unidentified Flying Objects or UFOs), and The Paranormal, (e.g. Spirit and Psychic Phenomena).

This object was unseen by John Gillies at the time, while he took many photographs of what was to any onlooker, just a blue sky with a scattering of cloud; this unusual, random photography technique is known as 'Sky Fishing, and some Ufologists use this method in the hope that aerial objects which are sometimes invisible to the naked eye, (perhaps cloaked) might occasionally turn up on an image or two; it's certainly worth a try... even we have had a couple of 'fishing' successes ourselves; although, that's after taking many thousands of images... so the patience of a saint is required!

As you can see, like all 'good' UFO snaps, John's image came out blurred; but before anyone starts typing 'nice out of focus R/C drone!' in the YT comments section, here is an opinion about this photograph from a professional who has worked in the drone business now for 14yrs.

"No one, I repeat no one, has invented a drone that could not be heard from 250-300ft. I'm not sure how high this drone is but most drones can be heard from 400ft or better. On another note, even the best of the best drones $30,000 or better make even more noise then the little cheap ones and can be heard at up to 1000ft. My professional opinion if you took a pic like this one, you would be able to tell if it was a drone and you can't tell. My findings after an investigation is it's not a drone." End
