Anomalous Aerial Object Captured During Ryanair Flight 10mins From Merseyside, UK

... you can see the object land on the wing and drop off and change direction.
This was videoed 10 mins from Manchester airport.
Witness message:
"My daughter took a video containing an object outside of the our Ryanair window, she was just filming a video of her holiday journey and once home before posting it to her YouTube account we noticed the object, here is the link to said video." end message.
Considered, but discounted theories:
- Dirt on the window: The object seems to suddenly manifest and fly about independently from any camera movement; so the idea that this is simply dirt on the window can be discounted in our opinion.
- Bird: Would a bird be flying this high up?
- Insect: Ditto.
- Drone: Would a drone be flown at above cloud level?
- Balloon: It is unlikely that a balloon would move so quickly at such an altitude.
