I heard several very loud "bangs" coming from the direction of the 
A405 carriageway which is adjacent to my property. I stepped into 
my garden and and to my left saw a very large formation of bright 
orange lights moving across the sky. 

At first I thought they were Chinese lanterns but they were in a 
very large semi-circle formation that never changed as they moved 
very slowly across the sky and over my building.

I discounted that it may be aircraft anti-collision lights as there were 
at least 15 lights in the semi-circle, that did not flash on and off 
and bright orange in colour. 

Also, it did not appear to be a meteor shower given the unwavering 
formation. 

It took around 20 seconds for this large formation to pass over 
my property. 

Please let me know if you have received other reports, 
or provide me within your opinion.
