Facing south - 3 lights in one vertical line.

Middle light moved to the south and, still moving south, it slowly faded 
away.

Other 2 lights remained stationary and simultaneously faded away.

The lights were white and steady.

The whole event lasted about 10 seconds.

This was seen by 3 people simultaneously.

Everyone described seeing exactly the same thing once all 3 lights had 
disappeared.
