Date 14/12/16, Time 9:30pm
Tonight at 9:30pm my son and I have just observed a triangle shaped craft
fly over the village of Queniborough in Leicestershire.
The sky was perfectly clear and there is an amazing full moon tonight: I
went out to appreciate it and became aware of an aircraft approaching from
a South East direction, at say 5-10,000 feet.
Initially I was just aware of it's lights which seemed to flash around the craft
rather than just at the wing tips.
It also appeared to be moving much quicker than a normal aircraft at similar
height.
At this point I wasn't convinced it was anything out of the normal but I
thought it worth calling my son out just to observe.
As he came out, the craft was virtually right above the house, and I
immediately observed it had a triangular shape with lights pulsing around
all sides, with a bright light at each corner.
I said to my son, does that look triangular to you? and he immediately
agreed.
We then continued to watch the craft as it headed north west.
We also observed when it was say 4-5 miles away, the observable lights
as they flashed would move erratically, both up/down/left/right.
We heard no sound from the craft.
I have been an avid aircraft enthusiast all my life and I can honesty
state tonight we observed something very new indeed.
I hope this information is of use to you and I would be interested to hear if
this craft has been more widely observed.
