Mysterious 150ft Silent Flying Triangle Seen Over Basildon, Essex 30/08/2016
Witness statement:
"It was approx 11.15pm on Tuesday 30 August 2016 in BASILDON, Essex, when I was in my back garden which faces South on a clear starry night with no wind or breeze when a triangular-shaped UFO flew past from West to East.
I could see clearly the shape and that it had three Amber orange lights positioned beneath the craft. It was flying fairly low, approximately helicopter height and was about 150ft in size.
The most unusual thing apart from actually seeing this object, was the way it moved.
I can only explain it that it was moving like a bob sleigh which go up the sides of the ice and back down... almost like a rocking motion... and I never lost sight of the lights on the bottom.
It was moving fairly fast and was absolutely silent.
I am ashamed to say that it really quite scared me so I ran indoors and didn't see which way it went apart from the direction it was heading!
Unfortunately, I have no pictures or proof as my husband was sleeping and my children were in their bedrooms.
I can only tell you what I saw and hope that others may have seen this too.
