Formation of 4 Strange Aerial Lights With Bluish Tint Around Each

4 bright lights, one to the East: 3 in a vertical position in the south. 

They were static, but looked like they were spinning.

The top light was not as bright as the others: they also had a bluish 
tint around each one; they were very bright and very close,

I watched for about a minute then two blinked out and the other two 
faded quickly and they were gone .
