Weather conditions were dry, average breeze, although there had been 
the tail end of storm Brian. Night sky had cloud coverage so stars and
planets were not visible due to cloud coverage and slight light 
pollution. 

One object seen which was a bright light. Initially yellow/orange in 
colour quite substantial in size to the naked eye, although there was 
little to reference it to. 

Size suddenly shrunk and colour varied...changed shape and appeared 
more saucer shaped. Additional lights morphed from the "center ball of 
light " including small red lights (looked like a craft with lights around a 
center light) no sound was heard, it was silent. 

Craft started to move from a former stationary position in a horizontal 
direction which was over the sea.. (nothing but sea in that direction) 
movements were smooth and hovering, in a jerky but controlled up 
and down movements, whilst traveling horizontally. 

No smell. 

Craft traveling north east. 

2 witnesses.

No physical effects suffered.

We were aware of the passing of time. 

Recording was taken.
