24-10-2010:  UFO Observed Over Guildford, Surrey, UK

Witness statement:

"Early hours Sat night – Sun morning at 3.45am on the 24th Oct 2010 in Guildford. My partner and I were lying in bed and we noticed this light; we thought it could be an airplane as we live on the outskirts of London; then we realized this object was not getting any higher or lower.

It was motionless with flashing lights on it; as we kept on looking with amazement; the object was flickering and began making sudden movements; the colours of the object were a white light with blue and my partner said he saw red on it as well.

This object hovered in the sky for about 10 minutes, then it suddenly started to move upwards, higher into the sky; it was very strange the way it was moving, like a scattering movement.

We knew this object was moving because of the panels in our window; I then had to look through the other panel to see the object.

It was moving quite quickly I would say: I kept on staring at it for some time, but finally gave up as it was very late; so I laid my head on the pillow for 3 minutes, and out of curiosity I looked again and this object had gone.

This was a very strange experience it was definitely an UN-identified object [there is no way a plane or helicopter could do what we saw... even lights or a falling star, as the object moved upwards rather than down or across.

My partner and I would like to share our story and hope that someone saw this sighting on the 24th Oct 2010 in the early hours of Sunday morning... around 3.45am.

I wish we had taken photos, but unfortunately we did not, so all I can share with you is what we believe we saw.

Thank you for reading my story."
