I witnessed three very bright white lights skimming through the sky at 
high speed, which were gone in a split second.

I was on my balcony at the time; I rushed in to tell my husband and said to 
him, what on earth have I just seen?

I spend a lot of time on the balcony looking at the night sky, but I have 
never seen anything like this before.

These were not as high as satellites which I regularly see in the sky.
