UFO Light Rose From Cloud Before Returning Back Down Behind It
Witness statement:
"I was driving on the A130 towards Chelmsford, Essex when I saw a star-like object appear from behind a medium-sized cloud, approx ten miles in front, for about six seconds then go back down behind it and not reappear.
I continued to watch for at least six to seven minutes with nothing returning."
Chelmsford is certainly no stranger to UFOs, as this other recent report, (concerning a good photographic case) from the same area shows.

Was at my girlfriends in Chelmsford 2013 outside having a cigarette about 11.00 in the morning, looked up at a black sphere in the sky; it was moving slow, and it had a haze around it, just like the fumes from a petrol can.
In the clear blue sky it just vanished only to reappear 1 min later.. before vanishing again.
To this day I have no idea what it was - my only explanation is a UFO. End
