Alien or Spirit Light Arm? Image 2013

Only recently sent to BEAMS, but hailing from 2013, this is an interesting little report:

Hi..
My daughter and her boyfriend were hiking at a nearby park at night. He was standing on the edge of a cliff and my daughter wanted to take his photo. He put his head back toward the sky and his arms out. As she shot the photo he said "I hope I don't fall!"
As you will see in the photo an "arm" that is pure light shot out in front of my daughter and wrapped around his arm. She told me that as she snapped the photo, she say the light shoot in front of her. When my daughter showed it to me, I was so excited!!
Someone or some-thing was looking out for her boyfriend that night.

I have had the pleasure of capturing some cool things over the years. I am attaching another shot that I took that same year, 2013. I was trying to capture orb pics at night on my deck, but got something else entirely!
