Baffling UFO Sighting, London, Essex, UK - 24 09 2015 - made by two independent sets of witnesses on the north and south sides of Chingford plains, E4
This above footage, (best viewed on full size PC monitor screen to appreciate), was made by someone who we will refer to as 'Witness A', whilst apparently standing on the south side of Chingford plains: Thanks: We have had a good study of both your material and the YouTube video made by the 3rd party, and they are fascinating, yet so different.
Note the rapid up and down motions of the object in question; these made us initially suspect that it was simply a drone or some other RC craft with a light attachment, but we are not convinced that this fully explains what has been captured here. Although the object was recorded at a great distance, we can just make out enough to suggest that, due its size and luminosity, it may not be simply a RC drone, toy etc after all. Next we considered that the object had been computer generated - but we can't be certain about that either.
To validate is to prove that something is based on truth or fact, or at least that it is acceptable - and these next two short pieces of phone footage certainly help in this regard.
They were captured by another witness at 20:07 hours and 'filmed from the north side of "Chingford plains", by a person who we shall refer to as 'Witness B', (a former Metropolitan Police Officer, so wishes to remain anonymous), someone completely unknown to 'Witness A', who observed and recorded the very same phenomenon within minutes of the 3rd party, but from a different angle... and yet the videos from 'A' and 'B'' are quite different.
Extract from witness statement: There were approximately 30 people filming, (these objects), so I'm assuming more footage will surface.

We have also applied various filters to this footage, (including gamma blasting), and cannot detect any structure behind these light spheres.
In our opinion, sky lanterns can also be ruled out of the equation as the lights are steady, and no flickering is detectable.
