Greetings, I observed a flashing red light on the night of May 31st at 
around  3am: First saw this May 25th, but was curious enough to see 
if it would return. 

On May 25th it was hovering over the airport from left to right and left 
again. 

At first I assumed it to be a drone of sorts, but then it flew off in the 
distance. 

Then sighted it again May 31st, at almost exactly the same time, but 
now it was hovering over a different area, again clearly visible from 
my location. 

It stuck around for about an hour (from around 2:30am to 3:30am), 
like it did the night of the 25th. 

I've been employed in the airline industry for nearly twenty years 
and can safely say that this is no aircraft I know of. 

Never mind the fact there's a night curfew for flights in and out 
at Heathrow. 

I do have a picture and video to submit, though really not the best 
quality, so please let me know if interested. 

I bet you can venture out here most nights and see this object in 
the dark sky, doing whatever it's doing. Thank you for your time.

Hello again, thank you for your prompt reply. Here are two videos and a picture you requested.

My apologies for the very poor quality, but anything is better than nothing at all.

I used my iPhone 6 to capture the sighting. Bear in mind it was around three in the morning;
I was tired and cold! Feel free to do with the image/videos as you please.
I did try to enhance the original photo, and it's included here, trying to bring the object out
more.

The videos are untouched. In one of two videos I veer off to the right to illustrate where
Heathrow airport is located. Like I mentioned before, the first night I saw this object was
May 25th, also at around three in the morning.

As you can tell in the videos the object makes no sound.

Any known type of aircraft would have been audible, for sure, and I have a lot of experience
in aviation to know. Strange too was that the night of the captured sighting there was an
additional flashing red light, high up and stationary, flashing in twos, almost like a mother
ship and the one I captured a probe of sorts. I unfortunately did not capture the other
flashing light.

Don't be fooled by the object seeming static in the footage, yes it moved slowly left-right-left,
but it did take off at around three thirty or so.

The videos and pictures don't really do the sighting justice, because nothing beats the human
eye for observing. I did go ahead and purchase a binocular video camera and intend to return,
I'd love to get better footage. I'm hoping that through my reporting of this there may
some sort of answer forthcoming, whatever that may be.

If I do capture better footage in the future I'll be sure to share it with you.
