Strange Lights Seen From Old Winchester Hill Fort, Winchester, Hants UK - 29/09/2015

Hi Ken & Hilary,
Me and my 12 year old daughter had just finished a walk around Old Winchester Hill Fort and we're walking back to the car park when we saw two lights in the sky to the east between the Hill fort and Petersfield at a guess.
It was about 1900 hrs on the 29th September 2015. We watched for about 5 minutes and both lights stayed static then one light just disappeared. We didn't see it move or speed off it just disappeared. The other light then got a little brighter.

My daughter took some pictures on her phone of the single light which just looked like a white blob.

We watched for a further 20 minutes and the light stayed
steady and didn't change position at all.
We then gave up watching and walked back to our car but couldn't stop talking about it and trying to figure out what it was.
It was not a plane or helicopter and the lights were not there when we first arrived.
The weather was good and sky clear.
