Report: Rectangular UFO Seen 2nd Feb 2016 - Oxfordshire/Warwickshire Border

Temperature: About + 5 degrees
Object: Rectangular/cylindrical (side-on) aspect ratio approx 1:5
Appearance: Silver.
Time in view: 10 seconds then disappeared.
Witness statement:
"Dear Team,
I saw an odd thing yesterday on my way to work: 22nd Feb 2016.
Location: UK M40 Northwards Oxfordshire/Warwickshire border.
Time: About 07.30 am
VIsibility: Good. Overcast. No sun. Low cloud cover. No rain.
Temperature: About + 5 degrees
Object: Rectangular/cylindrical (side-on) aspect ratio approx 1:5
Appearance: Silver.
Time in view: 10 seconds then disappeared.
Narrative:
I assumed it was an aeroplane viewed from an angle such that wings
were not visible and with the sun reflecting off it; but the
object was not cigar shaped but rectangular and was hanging vertically
in the sky. There was no sun. Assumed it had gone behind a cloud.
A
few seconds later a real aeroplane came past- in that light it was
uniform grey and clearly was a plane moving west to east.
20 seconds before, the object was 'hanging' north-south, clearly reflecting light brightly or was self-illuminating.

Update from witness:
"Today,
(24/02/2016) on the way to work (clear skies) I noticed a full moon in
that area of the sky. So it's possible that what I saw was a section of
moon neatly boxed by clouds either side to show a perfect rectangle.
The size and silver-ness was about right.
I have no strong opinions either way but aim to record all relevant information."
