Witness Statement:
On Bower Lane, over the fields, are a gathering of trees... and it was there that I saw a bright diamond-shape light which got bigger and brighter; after a couple of minutes, another bright light shot down to the ground.
Next, the 'diamond'-shaped light shrunk very small, then half-a-dozen, dim, orange lights appeared around the small, white light; the white light then went out and the orange lights were creating a half circle shape; then they dimmed-out, leaving only 3 lit.
Next, they appeared again, so the six or seven orange lights were dimly lit-up, and then again, they faded out, leaving only one, dim light; after this, the last orange light also faded out.
All of this last for about 10 mins: only way I can describe it... basically, this array of light phenomena wasn't moving, it just hovered just above the trees.
Definitely was not a Chinese lantern caught on tree or anything.
This is not first time I’ve seen lights over the fields of Bower Lane; I’ve also seen what looks like the sky shimmering, (almost like a light flickering), and this happens over a big area... over half of the field.
Also, I’ve seen a blue, strobing, fluorescent light, illuminate the sky at night over there.
On two occasions, this same blue light, flashed through my home... which set off the car and house alarms when this happened.
