The commentary below is witness Gordon Dungavel's actual observations at the time of this sighting, in his own words.
"Exciting development, there is a UFO stationary at first, then starting to zig-zag above our back garden, right now - in broad daylight. Tracy, (my partner), is with me too.
"This has to be seen to be believed...at last, a true breakthrough - this is close-up time Mr Parsons - and when I get these film spools developed you guys will be the first to see these things I seem to attract."
Actually, a week before I took a photo of a silver disc, but this time I've struck gold.
What if these turn out to be as amazing on picture as I saw them, what should I do next? I am also scared if they are that good that they may go missing mysteriously from the developers.
"My god its changed colour and shape again....what the hell is it I'm watching? It's gone from black to blue to white and keeps changing shape."
That's two rolls of 36 taken now. Ken, I think this is what we have lived for...
"Still watching... it flashes a yellow light in its center when its blue! No noise... definitely not a balloon. It's an odd shape, no signs of wings or propulsion - what the hell is it?" "I notice a second darker object appear; both remain stationary for about two minutes. A circle of light appears on the undercarriage of the main object: Now it's turned left again and I have taken another picture. The large blue square or diamond-shaped UFO disappeared low from my vantage point, then suddenly, from below the rooftops, it shoots straight up, and it has turned pure white in colour... as it flies up into the air heading towards a cloud... again, changing shape all the time: Now it exits the cloud and is streaking away into the distance."
"I managed to take 50 photos in succession, all shot from my music room window and then from the back garden in Castle Road, Bedford, Beds, UK - here is a selection of the best."
Gordon Dungavel, Bedfordshire."

Below are low res, duplicated scans that includes one additional image, (Image 1), not shown above, as BEAMS were only allowed a limited number original photos; the best shots of all had to be scanned and the 'master' photographs returned to our witness for safe keeping. (see above for hi res scans of the originals, plus enlargements).
So why are these merely 'low-res'? scans the reader may wonder. This is because back in the early days, (2003), BEAMS could barely just afford a basic PC then, let alone a decent scanner and printer to go with it; and because we had no help from anyone else, we literally had to make do as best we could; such as sometimes having to down to our local printing shop to enlarge these pre-digital photographs, using a somewhat antiquated Xerox document copier!
