Welcome to B.E.A.M.S.

Founded in 1991, our society consists of a
team of active reporters and field investigators who
factually gather, study and disseminate evidence relating to Earth Mysteries, (e.g. Ley Lines, Terrestrial Energies and Ancient Site Anomalies), Strange Aerial Happenings, (e.g. Unidentified Flying Objects or UFO's), and The Paranormal, (e.g. Spirit and Psychic Phenomena).

The Farnborough File

 By Kenneth John Parsons

"Ever since the A331 Valley Road has been built, it has played host to a number of interesting UFO sightings, such as visits by the 'cloaked triangle' ufo, as it is known, which loves to eject straight laser-type, white beams of light on all the traffic and over the woodland areas either side of this road."

In addition, there are on-going reports of Alien Encounters very close to this particular area.

There may even be links with so-called 'Running Man' sightings, (as reported in the FSR Magazine).

Also Ley Lines might play an important part in all of this.

As I understand and can draw Ley Energy maps, I am able to see that right along this ancient valley between North Hampshire and West Surrey, the Ley System has without a doubt been severed in a few places by the construction of this above road as a significant alignment runs across, between the counties borders.

"As well as ufo’s, aliens and the Ley Line factor, there is even a ghost encounter on record for this road as published in a local paper, of which I only have an undated photocopy, but I believe the year of publication was 1996."

Boy (5) terrorised by “ghost” was the heading, A TERRIFIED mother has called in a vicar after claiming she and her five - year – old son had a brush with a ghost on the Blackwater Valley Road.

Mrs Jennifer Parlane (42) and her son Lawrence, of Park Road, Aldershot are being comforted by the Rev Stanley Zeal after claiming they were joined by a spirit presence while driving along a dark stretch of road on Monday night.

Since the incident, Lawrence has become extremely jumpy and is frightened by the slightest thing. He refuses to travel in cars and will only play on his own without talking about what happened.

"Mrs Parlane is so worried she may consider counselling."

She said: He has changed completely: He’s such a fun-loving boy, just a typical five year-old; however, since the incident, he has been quiet and a bit moody.

I don’t know what he saw that night, but it has certainly affected him in a serious way”.

The nightmare started when they were driving along the road towards Frimley, just before 10pm. Mrs Parlane said:” All of a sudden the car became extremely cold, I had my cardigan off while driving and wrapped it around Lawrence, who was shivering on the back seat. The windows were up and the car heater was on as normal.

“Then, coming from the back seat next to Lawrence, we heard a strange whining noise which became louder and louder, eventually it seemed to turn into a groan.

It was definitely the sound of a human and sounded a bit like a cry for help.

“I could also hear rattles in the back of the car as if someone was fiddling with the door handles. Then all of a sudden Lawrence went absolutely hysterical, shouting ’leave us alone’ and ‘get out of the car.’

He begun screaming loudly and jumped into the front seat next to me, grabbing hold of my arm. He was in a real state.

“There was definitely a presence there, I could feel it."

It was just like the feeling you get when you know you are being followed. You can’t explain it, you just know.

“I turned the interior light on, but could not see anything. I asked Lawrence what he had seen but he couldn’t answer me. He was as white as a sheet and shaking.

In this area of the A331, approaching Frimley, there is no lighting whatsoever and I began to speed up in order to get to the end of the road and pull in as soon as possible.

"As soon as we exited off the slip-road, everything stopped suddenly. The car returned to its usual temperature, the noise stopped and everything seemed back to normal."

Parking at Farnborough Gate shopping centre I opened the door. Lawrence couldn’t get out of the car quick enough.

First thing I did was to check out the boot to see if anything was moving about , and popped up the bonnet to look for a fault in the car, but nothing.”

In this complex of shops there is a McDonalds Café, I thought a drink and maybe something to eat would calm him down, but he just couldn’t touch a thing.

Mrs Parlane phoned Mr Zeal of St Michael’s Church Aldershot, to ask for advice on the best way to combat her son’s fear.

She also received spiritual advice for herself from the vicar, but did not want her son to see that she was frightened too.

Mr Zeal said: it is very difficult to calm a young child down so young, especially after an experience like this. It is not often that I give out advice of this nature, so the only thing I could do was to reassure both the mother and the boy that this was a dream experienced while wide awake and one that would and could not hurt them.

“The boy especially was highly anxious and very frightened. He just needed to know that this experience would not affect his everyday life.”

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Kenneth John Parsons is the chairman of The British Earth and Aerial Mysteries Society, which was initially set up in 1991, primarily as a non profit-making studies group; but eventually, rather than merely holding monthly meetings for those interested in learning about various phenomena, BEAMS became more concerned with the gathering and reporting of data pertaining to our particular areas of enquiry.

In order to perform this task, they have set up a countrywide network of ears and eyes to relay intelligence to them. These are their reporters/investigators, and each is termed as a BEAMS ‘Office’, of which they have a number up and down the UK.

As well as running BEAMS, Kenneth has studied the various aspects of Ley Lines for many years, and is still an active field investigator in the subject. Using maps, psychic intuition, along with the data from archival research, (which entails searches for long-forgotten social customs, legends, folklore etc), he, (together with his partner Hilary), regularly hunts for lost ancient holy places.

These include healing wells/springs, shrines, or even the foundations of early church buildings, often long-since abandoned overgrown or built-over, all of which are usually key marker points on earth energy pathways.
