Last night, October 18, 2018, 10:30 pm, partly cloudy skies.

Strange luminous object in movement.

My sighting of this was for 3 minutes; then the light went out and I could see 
a perfect, grey disc moving to the West.

Its height was a little above the clouds.

Clear vision.
