Idiosyncratic Flying Object or Crypto Creature Over G. London, UK
Is it a bird or plane? we think neither;
some may think this is a bug, well, we say think again!

Hi Ken and Hilary,
I saw something flying strangely in clouds today; waited and it came out, then went into another cloud and did it again 3 times.
I have 4 shots (three only came out as blobs) but this one surprised me as I saw it with my eyes and managed to photographed with phone.
It is not an insect as wings are all back to front and it flew with them in front of it... with slow steady sweeps. Bizarre. Please analyze; I do have the original photo but you have to zoom and zoom in. End
Here at BEAMS we have studied this picture very carefully and are stumped as to what this mysterious figure actually represents; doubt if it's a drone or jet; it is certainly unrecognizable as an insect or any bird really.
Total mystery... so far!
