Sighting Details (Witness Statement):
I have seen these regularly and know they are UFOs, a plane flew past last night and it was so much nearer that the UFO. I would say they were in space near our planet, there were quite a lot that were further out that; I could just see with my binoculars but not without. The one in the pic seemed very near and moved position after the photo was taken. I was letting my dog out at the time.
It looked like a sphere jellyfish at night with blue lights longitudinally all over and a center gap where a light strobed around changing colour.
