17&29-01-2019 RPT: UFO & Para Events Atlow, Ashbourne, Derbyshire
Witness Statement:
I would like to offer my account on 17th January 2019.
It was about 2pm a cold but lovely day with blue skies and sunny.
I worked looking after a baby in the village of Atlow, just outside of Ashbourne, Derbyshire. On this day as normal I would take the baby out for a walk up the village hill to where chickens were kept so the baby could watch them and get fresh air - as too would I.
After 40 minutes I would walk back down. The driveway up to the house was on an incline so I would be facing the house looking upwards. As I looked up I saw what I thought was a low flying private aircraft coming towards me. As it approached I noticed it had no wings, but suddenly there were many small white lights flashing on and off underneath which then led me to believe it was a helicopter.
However, as it got to directly over me it was a metallic sphere which then spun 360 degrees!
I was so gobsmacked I was just saying out aloud 'what the heck is it?'
I was just in awe, so much so that I didn't even think about my mobile and the fact it happened so quickly.
There was no sound to it and no sign of the lights I saw when it approached me.
It carried on over my head, across the village road and over the rooftops where I did not see it ascend.
To this day I still wonder. The height of it was at lowest 300 ft; I'm not good on judging heights, but the size when first approaching in the distance was moon-size... yet when above me it was larger than hot air balloon; again difficult to judge.
I reported what I saw to the person I worked for.
Whether this next encounter had anything to do with what happened that day I'll never know.
28th January 2019 just before midnight, I found myself projected forward into an upright position in bed where I had been asleep.
I suddenly found myself exhaling air from my mouth and could hear it clearly as it exited.
This took a little time and once ended I grabbed my mobile and looked at the time - that is how I knew it was 3 minutes before midnight.
In the morning I tried to enact the encounter but could not.
I am a woman of 69, but do not look my age, am very fit and not on any medication.
To me it was more like films I've seen with dead people and the last thing they do.
No, I was not having a nightmare! I do have some abilities that other people do not.
Both these events I cannot explain.
