It's hard to get a sense of how fast this thing is moving, if its moving at all. It would be a lot easier to tell if its a balloon if we could see its movement a little better.

There’s no zoom out so you can’t see if it’s floating or going really fast.

There isn’t a reference point to gauge speed and moves, it could be a drone in the shape of a UFO.

But intriguing to say the least, and it's just too easy, (or lazy) to say
that this is simply a silver balloon.

We have other examples of similar UFOs that we describe as being
Saturn-like at times, a ball with a ring around it... such as this comparison.
