"It looked like a saucer on its side"
Witness account:
Woke up at 4.30 in the morning and saw a bright light looking north.
We live with open views, looking across countryside for about 20 miles.
I saw a bright light that came and went; after a while I noticed more what I was viewing: It seemed to be about 5 to 10 miles away and about 50 to 100 feet off the ground; it was huge, I estimate that the craft had a height of about a 1000 feet from bottom to top.
As I watched it, it looked like a saucer on its side and was moving right to left.
As it moved to the right I saw a light all the way round the craft, which is how I knew its size... very large!
It also had a light near the center in a circle, but when it moved to the left it went totally dark.
It kept moving left and right until it just went away.
